Accommodation

Comrie Cottage, which is heated as required by gas central heating, can sleep three people in the large upstairs bedroom with one double and one single bed. Also, there is a "Harry Potter" room under the stairs with a single bed which is self contained and well ventilated.

Also downstairs is a lounge/dining room which has a colour TV, DVD player, mini CD/ radio/ cassette player, electric fire with "open fire" option, dining table and chairs. The kitchen which has been completely modernised is fully equipped with electric hob cooker, washing machine, integrated fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc and has ample work surfaces. The bathroom has a bath, shower and electric shaver point.

To the front of the cottage is an open grass area and to the rear is a well laid out garden with shrubs and a good sized lawn area. There is a garden table and chairs and deck chairs are available.

• Duvets and pillows are provided but you are normally required to bring your own duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases. In exceptional circumstances bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost of £5 per person per week.
